My Journey

I’ve been experimenting with graphic design and painting for two decades, but learning UX 6 years ago changed everything for me. Suddenly, design wasn’t just about aesthetics, it was about solving real problems, turning abstract into details, and creating invisible experiences.

Work & Impact

As an HCI grad from University of Washington and hands-on experience working with PMs, Devs, and other designers, I’ve tackled scrappy problem solving, collaborating cross-functionally, and designing in various environments from banking to complex SaaS products.

My work blends storytelling with data, improving user retention and streamlined flows across companies like Adobe, Leonard Resource Group, and Bank Central Asia.

Approach

I believe design should be functional, playful, and intentional. I thrive in ambiguity, navigating complex requirements with a blend of AI-driven workflows and systems thinking. I treat AI as my teammate to automate the repetitive and amplify the strategy.

Other Than Design

When I’m not designing, you’ll find me capturing moments through photography, testing matcha powders, or watching interior design videos (because great design isn’t just digital).

Testimonials

"Enrico demonstrated a strong foundation of various software knowledge and research skills, always taking the time to understand the purpose, audience and goals behind a task. He was also a great team player, who brought a positive attitude and was able to work seamlessly with teams in different time zones."

Kira Rabourn

Operations Manager, LRG

"I had the pleasure of working with Enrico during his internship, where he provided support in the early stages of our website project. Enrico blended well with the team, quickly adapting to our pace and proactively asking ways to contribute. His assistance with the research, sitemap, and initial wireframe was valuable to the development."

Rayhan Arkinsha

Design Lead, Bank Central Asia

"What I'm most impressed about Enrico is not only his strong work ethic, but also his ability to provide critical feedback to the team. He is unafraid to tackle new UX/UI tasks such as polishing our design library or giving feedback on Cohort Program prototypes, and he was an invaluable voice and team player in helping us speed up our design review process by 50%."
